Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final once opened or used. This policy helps ensure product safety and hygiene for all customers.
Unopened & Unused Products
If your product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and unopened
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@glpfix.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
